Benchmark Environmental is an independent waste management business located in the Surrey Hills, near Guildford, Surrey. We operate a Zero Waste to Landfill policy, providing recycling services in central and Western Surrey, as well as North Eastern Hampshire. We have recently expanded our waste coverage into parts of Northern West Sussex. Many of our customers have been with us since our establishment, a testament to our simplicity and quality of service.
Our mission is to offer exceptional waste and recycling services, including niche waste needs and services that are not readily available.
We provide commercial and trade waste collections using wheelie bins, bagged or bulky waste. Our services include the use of conventional bin lorries, top loaders, caged tippers, and Luton vans for more specialized bespoke services.
Our pricing strategy is simple – you only pay for the service, with no hidden extras such as bin rentals, paperwork charges, or additional bins placed at your location without your agreement. We do not charge brokerage fees, chargeable get-out costs, or bin delivery and withdrawal fees.
We operate on a monthly contract basis and prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel at any time. We are flexible, allowing you to change the frequency of services or temporarily pause them.

Bespoke Services
We provide customized services for one-time waste collections, quarterly collections, and special events like weddings or festivals. We excel at navigating sites with limited access and challenging roads, thanks to our smaller waste lorry’s and transit van.
For emergency clearances, we offer a responsive service with a one-time charge.
